CONFIRMATION OF ORDER

All orders placed are an offer of purchase and are subject to acceptance by Lemon Tree. If an order is not accepted a full refund will occur at the earliest possible convenience. Lemon Tree reserves the right to refuse an offer for any reason.

PAYMENT

Lemon Tree is under no obligation to ship any goods ordered until payment for those goods has been received via direct bank deposit. In the event of the requested goods being unavailable Lemon Tree may cancel the transaction and effect a full refund.

GOODS DAMAGED OR FAULTY ON DELIVERY

Except where required by law, you must return damaged goods within 14 days of receipt. Lemon Tree will not refund the cost of delivery to return damaged or faulty goods.

Upon receipt of the returned defective or damaged product, we will dispatch your replacement items via standard delivery, at our expense. Please allow up to 14 days for refunds to be processed upon our receipt of goods.
