Shopping on Lemon Tree is easy and secure

2. We accept off line credit card payments (processed through our off-line merchant facility)
3. We accept direct deposit orders

Orders will be shipped when we receive your payment. Direct Deposits may take up to 3-5 business days to process depending on your bank, we will hold your order for 7 days.

Your security - We take your security very seriously, we have taken all the measures possible to make your personal information and payment information highly secure.

1. When creating an account on Lemon Tree we use an encrypted connection, you will see the padlock either next to the website address or in your browsers status bar.
2. When you make a payment through Lemon Tree we use PayPal again this is an encrypted connection.  

We chose to use PayPal as they are a trusted name in facilitating website payments, you do not need to have a PayPal account to use our on-line store. When you proceed through the checkout process and are directed to the PayPal window, you are presented with an option to either login to your PayPal account or to pay by credit card. To use our shop you must register for an account, once you have filled out the form and submitted it, an email will be sent to the address you used, you must click on the verification link held within that email.  Once you have verified your account you are free to login and shop away.
